Today, a solemn meeting was held in the regional center on the occasion of the professional holiday of medical workers. Akim of West Kazakhstan region Nariman Toregaliyev took part in the event and congratulated the good people in white coats.

At the solemn meeting, the head of the region focused on the work being done in the field of health care in the region and noted the special place of medical specialists in society. President: "Being a doctor is a matter of the heart. "We appreciate your bravery", he took into account the work of noble people in white coats and raised their status.
Large-scale concrete work is being done to support the health sector in the region as well," said Nariman Toregaliyev.

In his speech, the head of the region announced that the construction of 50 medical facilities was planned in our region within the framework of the national project "Modernization of Rural Health Care", 38 of which were put into operation today. The construction of the remaining 12 facilities will be completed in June-July.
Besides, in the direction of development of healthcare infrastructure in the region in the period of 2023-2025:
If major repairs are carried out in 37 facilities, major repairs of another 5 facilities are about to be completed. Also, 8 modular medical buildings were purchased and put into use.
In 2023-24, 131 new sanitary cars were provided to healthcare organizations in the region. 405 units of medical equipment were purchased, and 3 billion tenge were allocated from the local budget.

During the meeting, the best in the industry were awarded the "Veteran of Labor" medal, "Excellence in Health Care" and "For Contribution to Health Care" badges of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, "Kurmet" certificates, as well as letters of thanks from the governor of the region.
