This initiative is implemented within the framework of the "Law and Order" concept of the regional prosecutor's office and is aimed at protecting the rights of convicts and their re-socialization. Convicts can ask direct questions and get help with education, employment or medical services.

The format of reception reflects the principle of "listening state" — specific problems are identified, the difficulties faced by people in prison are taken into account. This helps convicts to adapt and reduces the risk of recidivism.

To date, about 155 convicts have turned to specialists.

Written applications are selected for questions that require analysis.
