Within the framework of the concept of "A state that listens to the voice of the people", the topical issues of citizens' and legal entities' consideration of applications received by the Department of Emergency Situations were discussed at a round table held with the participation of representatives of the prosecutor's office.

The meeting was chaired by the deputy head of the State Department of Public Security of Almaty, Zhusipov Daniyar. Nareimov Tamerlan Talgatuly, prosecutor of the Department of Legal Information Formation
- Yermekbay Alibek Yerboluly, Prosecutor of the Application Analysis and Control Department of the Almaty Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The inspectorate asked relevant, practical questions and received comprehensive and professional answers.

Conclusions of the Board, Department, and Group of the Almaty City TJD to the managers:
- Ensuring comprehensive and high-quality consideration of applications, giving reasonable answers;
- strict control of relevant deadlines and requirements was entrusted.
