The national team of Kazakhstan created a sensation at the World Cup in China. And this is a great achievement of athletes from the Karaganda region.

The superfinal of the Artistic (synchronized) Swimming World Cup was held from June 13 to June 15 in Xi'an. 125 athletes from 16 countries participated in the competition. The national team of Kazakhstan included 14 swimmers.

Before that, the first stage was held in France, the second in Egypt, and the third in Canada.

"Following the results of all four stages of the World Cup, our girls Yasmin Tuyakova, Arina Pushkina and Dayana Dzhamanchalova won silver medals in the women's duet. And Nargiza Bolatova, Viktor Druzin, Ksenia Makarova, Arina Myasnikova and Yasmin Tuyakova took bronze in the group performance in the sum of technical, free and acrobatic programs," the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Karaganda region reported.
