In Kyzylorda in the Arts Center with the participation of Akim of the region Nurlybek Nalibayev held a forum on the theme: “Law and order: priorities of interaction and strengthening public safety”. It became a dialog platform for discussion of topical issues in the field of law and order and compliance with the rule of law, prevention of offenses, and formation of civic responsibility in society.
The forum was attended by Deputies of the Senate and Majilis of the Parliament of the RK Nauryzbai Baikadamov, Murat Abenov, Markhabat Zhaiymbetov, Abzal Kuspan, well-known public figure Orazkul Asangazy, prosecutor of the region Rizabek Ozharov and others.
Before the event in the foyer of the Arts Center, the participants were presented digital technologies successfully used by law enforcement agencies in their work. IT-Tergeu project with the use of artificial intelligence capabilities is now used by investigative bodies to identify and solve criminal cases.
The “Aimap” and “Smart” projects provide notable assistance in the prevention of offenses. To suppress various types of Internet fraud, the “Cyberpol” project is being implemented.

-Law and order is the basis for sustainable development of any state. Along with the provision of guarantees for the observance of rights and freedoms, obligations are imposed on citizens. "Law and order must reign in our society. This is a basic condition for ensuring both public and individual security. This is the only way we will create a Fair, Clean and Safe Kazakhstan," said the Head of State in his Message to the people of Kazakhstan. Within the framework of the Concept of promoting the ideology of law and order in society for 2025-2030 adopted by the Government, together with the regional prosecutor's office, a set of measures to implement the principle of “Law and Order” is being implemented in the region," said the head of the region.
He noted that the region pays great attention to improving the material and technical base of law enforcement agencies. Over the past three years, for these purposes, the regional budget was allocated eight billion tenges. This year, 2.8 billion tenge has been allocated for these purposes. New technologies are being successfully introduced in the law enforcement sphere. Among the first in the country, all districts opened operational control centers, significantly increasing the network of video cameras. In total, 539 video surveillance cameras with a total cost of 2.2 billion tenge are in operation in the districts today. In recent years, the law enforcement agencies of the region have received 128 new vehicles equipped with the necessary equipment. Another 31 vehicles will be handed over this year.
Due to the measures taken, the law and order situation in the region is characterized as stable. According to statistics, about six thousand offenses were registered in 2015. Thanks to comprehensive work, this figure has now decreased to 1,158 cases. Today, the Kyzylorda region ranks 19th among 20 regions by the number of registered criminal offenses.
It was also noted that to reduce road accidents in the region, special attention is paid to improving road infrastructure. At the end of 2024, 300 kilometers of roads and bridges were repaired. This allowed to bring the share of roads in good and satisfactory condition to 92.5 percent. This year, thanks to the repair of 330 kilometers of roads, the indicator will be brought to 95 percent. Deputy Prosecutor of the region Nurbolat Duisenbaev, deputies N. Baikadamov, M. Abenov, A. Kuspan and public figure O. Asangazy and others also spoke at the forum. Positive assessment was given to the work that is carried out in the region in the prosecutor's office and law enforcement structures.
