As part of the promotion of the "Law and Order" narrative, as well as in order to improve the legal literacy of the population and provide legal assistance to residents of remote settlements, the Anti-Corruption Service of the East Kazakhstan region organized an on-site reception of citizens in Kurchum district. The event was attended by representatives of various government agencies, law enforcement officers, as well as professional lawyers and anti-corruption volunteers. During the reception in the village of Kurchum, 150 people received assistance. The main topics of the appeals concerned issues of social support, medical care, as well as land disputes. All requests were reviewed on the spot, and experts provided comprehensive advice on each issue. This format of interaction has shown high efficiency — residents have had the opportunity to directly discuss their concerns with representatives of the civil service. The project has become a clear example of how direct dialogue with the population contributes not only to solving specific problems, but also to raising legal awareness, especially in remote regions of the country.
