On June 9 of this year, based on the appeal of the company "LEGO Holding A/S", the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan region conducted an unscheduled inspection of an individual entrepreneur from the city of Petropavlovsk, on the fact of illegal use of a trademark. As a result of the inspection, a batch of counterfeit products in the amount of 83 boxes with a total value of 349,300 tenge was identified. On June 16, the court issued a ruling on administrative liability, a fine of 30 MCI was imposed. The ruling came into force.
