On June 11, 2025, a regular meeting of the district administration was held under the chairmanship of District Akim Meirzhan Serikbosynuly. The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Maslikhat Maksat Nursultanuly, members of the administration, heads of institutions, independent departments, and rural district akims.

According to the agenda, three reports were presented and two informational updates were taken into consideration.

First, the responsible sector head delivered a report on the progress of the nationwide "Clean Kazakhstan" campaign and the two-month sanitation effort in the district. In response, the district akim emphasized that the campaign is still not being conducted at the required level. He stressed that cleanliness should start from within the institutions and household yards. He also expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of results from previously assigned tasks and warned that administrative fines would be imposed within the framework of the law. He noted that the campaign would continue throughout the year.

In addition, the reports from relevant department heads on tourism development in the district, as well as preparations for livestock feed and the organization of hay-cutting brigades, were reviewed.

Informational updates were also presented regarding the state registration of agricultural machinery and its annual technical inspection, as well as the planned work of the "Zhasyl El" youth labor brigades during the summer season.

Finally, the district akim instructed rural akim E. Duisembekov, acting director of the Riza State Municipal Enterprise B. Manzal, and heads of the organizations responsible for parks to ensure timely care for the planted flowers and trees and to place special emphasis on landscaping and beautification efforts.
