On June 17, 2025, Ambassador-at-Large – Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty Zhanibek Abdrashov held a working meeting with the Consul of the Embassy of Australia in the Russian Federation Gabrielle Mary Harrold and representatives of the Civil Defense Department of the Emergency Situations Department of the city of Almaty. During the meeting, issues of cooperation in the field of civil protection and emergency response were discussed.
