Born on January 18, 1961 in the village of Borovskoy, Mendygarinsky district, Kostanay region, Valery Mikhailovich went from being a simple machine operator to the akim of the rural district. His life and work path is a reflection of service to the Motherland and the people. He began his career in 1979, after which he served in the ranks of the Armed Forces of the USSR. Having returned to civilian life, Valery Mikhailovich did not remain aloof from the development of his native land. From 1987 to 1996, he worked as a zootechnician, and from December 1996 to the present, he has headed the Pervomaysky rural district of the Mendygarinsky district as akim. Over the years of work in the civil service, he has proven himself to be a responsible, competent and decent leader. His approach to business is based on the principles of legality, discipline and integrity. He does not just perform his duties - he lives for the concerns of villagers, works for the benefit of the district, knows how to listen to people and find solutions in a variety of situations. Under his leadership, an atmosphere of labor discipline, mutual respect and striving for common goals is maintained.
