The Samara district of the East Kazakhstan region is undergoing a large-scale renovation. Since the beginning of 2025, more than 1.7 billion tenge has already been invested in engineering, utilities and social infrastructure. These funds are aimed at improving the quality of life of villagers and creating a comfortable environment in populated areas. This was announced by the akim of the Samara district Serik Zhenisov at a briefing in the RSK VKO.

Significant changes are taking place in the area of improvement. Modern street lighting systems are being installed in the villages of Sarybel and Mirolyubovka. New lighting poles will also appear on the bypass road and in the village of Samarskoye itself.

Road works are actively underway. Roads are being repaired in Kokzhot, Kokzhyr and Samarskoye, sidewalks are being arranged in Mirolyubovka. The streets of Zhubandyk, Kabanbaya, Abay, Altynsarin and Amangeldy, as well as a section of the Palatsi-Podgornoye highway, are undergoing major repairs.

Providing residents with clean water remains one of the priorities. In the villages of Kulynzhon, Akkala and Kokzhyra, the water supply system is being updated, and in the village of Samarskoye, reconstruction of water intake structures has begun.

In the village of Palatsi, an antenna mast structure is being built to strengthen the mobile signal. Repairs to the Houses of Culture in Zhanazhol and Karatkul are ongoing. In Karpovka, a reservoir is undergoing major repairs, and reconstruction of heating networks has begun.

To solve housing issues, housing is being bought out at the expense of the republican budget and the State Securities Bond. The power supply line on the coast of the Bukhtarma Reservoir is also being bought out.

The projects being implemented are aimed not only at developing infrastructure, but also at improving the quality of life of villagers. These are warm houses, bright streets, clean water and accessible communications. All this is the basis for sustainable development and comfortable life in the countryside.
