June 21, 2025, New Delhi, Republic of India. Diplomats and staff of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of India, led by H.E. Mr. A.N. Yeskarayev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, organized an environmental cleanup on the premises of the Kazakh diplomatic mission in New Delhi as part of the "Taza Kazakhstan" initiative.

Since the launch of "Taza Kazakhstan", more than 6 million people have participated in the initiative. Around 1.6 million green spaces have been planted, over 5.8 million square meters of coastal areas cleaned, and 1.1 million tonnes of waste collected.

"Although we are abroad, the territory of the Embassy is a part of Kazakhstan. It is important for us to contribute to the national initiative, even while serving outside the country," said Ambassador A.N. Yeskarayev.

As part of "Taza Kazakhstan", the nationwide "Tree Planting Day" is being carried out. Therefore, in addition to the cleanup of the Embassy premises, saplings of eastern thuja (Thuja orientalis) were planted during the event, symbolizing the commitment to a clean and green environment.
