On June 20, 2025, the Head of the Department of Justice, together with the Chairman of the Specialized Court for Administrative Offenses of Petropavlovsk, the Head of the Local Police Service Department of the Police Department of the North Kazakhstan Region, and the head of the regional chamber of private bailiffs for the North Kazakhstan Region, signed a memorandum of mutual cooperation on issues of bringing debtors to administrative responsibility and bringing debtors to justice.
