Yelena Anatolyevna Epikhina, born in 1985 in the North Kazakhstan region, the city of Petropavlovsk.

Epikhina E.A. began her career in November 2008 as a chief specialist of the Department of Justice of the city of Petropavlovsk of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan region.

Since January 2011, she worked as a chief specialist of the department of organization of work of acts of civil status and apostille of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan region.

Since December 2019, she worked as a chief specialist of the department of methodological support and control in the field of registration service of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan region.

From April 2023 to the present, she works as a chief specialist of the department of control in the field of registration service and registration of non-profit organizations of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan region.
