In Kyzylorda, the regional Akimat held a solemn meeting dedicated to the Day of the Civil Servant. Akim of the region, Nurlybek Nalibayev congratulated colleagues on the holiday and expressed gratitude for tireless work aimed at the socio-economic development of the region.

Today, in the period of new transformation, the mechanisms for hiring civil servants have been simplified as part of the creation of a professional and efficient state apparatus. Eradication of bureaucracy, elimination of unnecessary barriers and obstacles, formation of a personnel reserve, introduction of the principle of meritocracy, digitization of services - all these measures contributed to the creation of a model of civil service accessible and based on constructive dialog. As a result, the region has optimized the state apparatus, reduced administrative costs, and reduced the number of managerial staff.
N. Nalibayev wished the participants of the celebration that the initiatives and instructions of our President to create a Fair, Clean and Safe Kazakhstan were successfully implemented in the land of Syrdarya region, which justified the trust of the people.
Within the framework of the solemn event, a number of civil servants were honored with awards. Particularly, veterans of public service Abdigappar Amirgaliuly and Kozhakhmet Ilyasov were awarded badges “Veteran of Public Service”, heads of regional departments of education Askarbek Yeszhanov, public procurement - Bauyrzhan Shamenov and head of the city department of economics and finance Gulnar Baimakhanova - medals “Best Public Servant”. A group of civil servants were also awarded Certificates of Honor of the region and letters of thanks of the Akim of the region.
Meanwhile, a swearing-in ceremony was held for young civil servants.
It is worth noting that today more than three thousand civil servants contribute to the development of the region. Of these, 45 percent (1,471) are women, and 294 lovely ladies hold managerial positions. There are about 800 young civil servants under the age of 35 in the region. In recent years, the capacity of the public administration corps has grown in the region. In the Academy of State Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan 24 civil servants are studying, four - became graduates of the program “Bolashak”. Created on the instructions of the Head of State, the youth personnel reserve today provides a unique opportunity to attract qualified, creative specialists to the system of public administration.
