On June 26, 2025, Ambassador-at-Large – Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty Zhanibek Abdrashov participated and delivered a congratulatory speech at a reception on the occasion of the celebration of the Independence Day of the USA “Independance Day 2025 - County Fair”. The event was also attended by the Chargé d’Affaires of the USA to Kazakhstan, Deborah Robinson, and Consul General of the USA in Almaty, Michelle Yerkin. In his speech, Zh. Abdrashov noted the high level of Kazakh-American relations, highlighting active political dialogue, strengthening of cultural and humanitarian cooperation, as well as the importance of trade, economic, and investment ties. In conclusion, the diplomat expressed confidence in the further deepening of friendly and mutually beneficial cooperation between Kazakhstan and the United States.
