A new feature has been added to the Egov Mobile application — the "Law and Order" tab. With its help, citizens can promptly report any offenses to the police.

Now, any signal about a violation of public order, domestic violence, a traffic accident or an incident involving a child can be sent directly through the application - without having to call or personally contact the police department.

The application form opens immediately after clicking on the "Law and Order" icon. The message is automatically transmitted to the duty station, after which the police immediately begin to respond.

The new digital service is a step towards more open, expeditious and accessible interaction between citizens and the police.
