As part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" ideology, a reception of citizens was held in the center of Kostanay city from June 23 to 27, 2025, with the participation of representatives of the regional prosecutor's Office, the Department of Justice and the legal community.

The purpose of the event is to increase the legal literacy of the population, ensure the availability of qualified legal assistance, as well as the prompt resolution of legal issues that citizens face in everyday life.

During the reception, all the citizens who applied were provided with the necessary legal assistance.

The largest number of citizens' appeals concerned issues related to land relations, inheritance disputes, alimony recovery, labor conflicts, social benefits and housing provision.
