On June 30, 2025, as part of improving the quality of legal education, Aliya Amanzhulova, Head of the Justice Department of Kostanay region, took part in the graduation ceremony for graduates of the Law Faculty of Kostanay Regional University named after Akhmet Baitursynula. In her speech, Aliya Amanzhulova congratulated the young specialists on their successful graduation from the university and wished them a confident start in their professional activities. She stressed the importance of following the ideology of "Law and Order" as a fundamental principle in building a just and rule-of-law state.
