Astana, July 2, 2025 - The Headquarters of the CICA Secretariat was opened with the participation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K.Tokayev.

The solemn opening of the memorial plaque and the raising of the CICA flag is a symbol of Kazakhstan's continued commitment to multilateral diplomacy and confidence—building between states.

As the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-building Measures in Asia (CICA) continues to strengthen its position, the new headquarters will become an important hub for dialogue, unity, common desire for a peaceful, secure and prosperous Asia.
