An offender registered with the probation service of the Akzhar district has successfully completed training under the "Bastau Business" program, which is aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills. Upon completion of the course, he received a certificate confirming his readiness to run his own business.

With the support of the probation service and local executive authorities, he was provided with socio-legal assistance in applying for a grant to implement his business ideas under the National Entrepreneurship Development Project for 2021–2025. The amount of the grant received exceeded 1.5 million tenge.

Today, the offender is officially registered as an individual entrepreneur under the name "Dayana." The main area of activity is the breeding and reproduction of domestic poultry using incubation technologies.

This case demonstrates how government programs and support from relevant authorities can help people in difficult life circumstances adapt, gain a profession, and start their own business, thereby taking a step toward full reintegration into society.
