In accordance with the order of the Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and development of financial market dated December 17, 2025 № Б-324 «Home Credit Bank» JSC (a subsidiary of ForteBank JSC) (renamed from «Home Credit Bank» JSC) the license for carrying out an activity on the securities market was reissued in connection with the change of name of the legal entity-license.
