In accordance with Order No. Б-222 of the Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market dated September 29, 2026, the license of "Tencor Securities" JSC (formerly "Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan)" JSC) to conduct banking operations has been reissued due to the change of name of the legal entity-licensee.
