The positive experience of implementing the "red button" mechanism in the field of customs services, successfully applied since April of this year at customs posts and customs clearance centers, has shown high efficiency in providing feedback and solving problematic issues on the ground.

In this regard, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to scale the human-centered approach and work to improve the quality of public services provided in the field of taxation.

For this purpose, all state revenue agencies have a "red button" - a QR code, after scanning which taxpayers can directly contact the Chairman of the SRC, indicating a specific problem situation.

It is important to note that the "red button" is intended exclusively for reporting difficulties encountered in obtaining tax and customs services, and is an anti-corruption policy tool aimed at identifying and preventing abuses, manifestations of unfair or inappropriate behavior on the part of employees.

The application form is simple and intuitive, and it can be filled out in a few minutes. If necessary, the user can leave the request anonymously.
