On July 26-27, the Regional Center for Folk Art and Cultural Leisure under the Department of Culture of the Akmola region held a regional competition "Uzdik uyymdastyrushy".

The main goal of the competition is to improve the professional skills of club employees, as well as create conditions for the exchange of experience. The competition was aimed at improving the skills of specialists, identifying talented and creative workers, as well as increasing the prestige of the profession.

The creative competition was attended by club workers from the cities and districts of the Akmola region, namely Akkol, Arshalynsky, Astrakhan, Atbasarsky, Burabaysky, Yerementau, Zerendinsky, Sandyktau, Bulandinsky, Birzhan Sal districts and from Stepnogorsk, Kossy.

On the first day, 3 stages of the competition took place: "Men zhane men kasibim", each participant introduced himself and told about his activities, 11 original scenarios were presented at the "Uzdik scenario" stage, and in the conditions presented at the "Takyrypty cash" stage, the participants clearly showed what they are capable of. The final stage of the Segiz Kyrly contest was held on the second day, where the participants demonstrated their creative abilities.

The event was held in the open air, which became a unique platform for the exchange of experience, interesting formats of the event were shown here, using different methods. According to the results of the competition

Ospanova Asemgul (Stepnogorsk) took the first place and was awarded a first degree diploma and a certificate worth 100,000 tenge.

Karina Krikunova (Sandyktau district) Second place and a certificate in the amount of 75,000 tenge.

Elena Kuznetsova (Birzhan district) was awarded the third place and a certificate worth 50,000 tenge and Kairatbek Ulykpan (Yerentau district) The rest of the participants, who showed their talent at the competition, created a special mood, were awarded a diploma and a certificate of 20,000 tenge for active participation in the regional competition.
