On August 11, 2025, at a meeting with the participation of members of the local community of Mangystau village, and based on Order No. 211 of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 1, 2023, the proposal to name the street located in the Sherkala residential area of Mangystau village, between houses No. 266 and No. 863/1, after World War II veteran Kutysh Manatov was unanimously supported.
