The State Corporation "Government for Citizens" notes the growing popularity of digital services among visitors to the Public Service Centers. Since the beginning of the year, over 1.7 million electronic tickets have been issued through the "Public Service Center" mobile application, which has significantly accelerated the service process.
The queue registration function via QR code has become an indispensable assistant when visiting Public Service Centers and special PSCs, demonstrating high user activity. Thus, since the beginning of the year, 1,764,007 tickets in electronic format have been issued through the "Public Service Center" mobile application. This has reduced the workload at the reception and increased the speed of service for visitors.
By the way, a virtual ticket is an analogue of a paper one, which assigns a place in the general queue to the service recipient without the need to contact the registration desk.
You can use the service by installing the "Public Service Center" mobile application on your smartphone (available in Google Play or App Store). Next, you need to log in to the application and select the function "Ticket for a queue at the PSC". Then you need to scan the QR code at the reception, select the required type of service and click "Continue". After that, the system will automatically generate a virtual ticket, and the visitor can go to the specialist after his number is displayed on the information board.
