The State Revenue Department of East Kazakhstan region reports that, according to Order No. 200-NK of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated June 23, 2025, "On automatic licensing (observation) of birch plywood exports," new regulations have been implemented.

From July 1, 2025, for a period of six months, an automatic licensing (observation) system for birch plywood exports was introduced. The unified commodity nomenclature for foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union for this product is 4412 33 000 0.

In this case, birch plywood is placed under the customs export procedure upon the submission of a permit to the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This permit for the export of birch plywood is issued in accordance with Order No. 51-NK of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2020, "On approval of the rules for the provision of public services in the field of trading."
