Thanks to the Mobile Office project, every Kazakhstani, even in the most remote village, has the opportunity to personally consult with the Fund specialists, draw up the necessary documents and create a personal pension plan without having to visit the UAPF office. The UAPF mobile office provides not only comfort, but also equal opportunities in receiving modern pension services regardless of place of residence.
The UAPF Mobile Office is a mobile personal service center equipped with all necessary equipment and providing pension services online via Internet connection. UAPF launched this project in 2018 to eliminate territorial barriers and ensure the availability of pension services to all citizens of the country..
Mobile offices make regular visits to districts and remote settlements in accordance with a pre-approved schedule agreed upon with local executive authorities. Local authorities, in turn, inform the population about the upcoming visit of the mobile office of UAPF JSC, ensuring its timely and wide notification. The schedules of such visits are formed by the Fund based on an analysis of the needs and requests of citizens, as well as taking into account a number of factors - population density, remoteness and infrastructure of settlements, as well as other features of the region. This approach allows UAPF to ensure maximum accessibility of pension services for all categories of citizens of the country.
Kazakhstanis have the opportunity to contact UAPF with a request to hold a presentation and provide pension services to employees of enterprises, organizations, factories, etc. by calling 1418 (free call), sending an email on the website enpf.kz, via messengers and social networks WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Facebook, VKontakte, Instagram, Odnoklassniki.
Over 6 years, more than 600 thousand citizens have already used the services of UAPF mobile offices, which currently cover 13 regions of Kazakhstan. Mobile office teams visited 5,100 settlements, held 213,000 presentations, in which 5.3 million people took part.
