Youth policy and volunteerism (as of July 1, 2025)
* There are 5.7 million young people in the country.
* Preferential housing programs "Nauryz" and "Otau" are being implemented to provide housing for young people, for which 219.8 billion tenge has been allocated. Thanks to this, 5.4 thousand young citizens are provided with housing.
* Otbasy Bank JSC has developed a new product, Nauryz Jumyker, with a discounted rate for working youth.
* Preferential mortgage programs for young professionals operate in 18 regions of the country.
* For youth employment:

* The "Jol Tap" program is being implemented in Astana.
* In Almaty, Aktobe and Karaganda regions – "Jumys Tap".
* In 2025, grant projects were launched in six areas (including addiction prevention and improving legal/financial literacy) with a total budget of 720 million tenge for 2025-2027.
* There are youth initiative centers in the regions that support startups and provide micro-loans through development institutions (FRP Damu, Auyl Amanaty project, etc.).
* There is a national volunteer front office and 20 regional ones. In the first half of 2025, over 2,000 volunteer events** were held in priority areas.

Law and order and security

* The Concept of Promoting the Ideology of Law and Order for 2025-2030 has been adopted.
* The participation of local communities (aksakals, respected villagers, farm leaders) in law enforcement is being strengthened.
* In 370 settlements, alcohol was completely eliminated, which made it possible to eliminate crime in these villages.
* The fight against Internet fraud has been strengthened: together with telecom operators, technical barriers have been introduced for international calls from replacement numbers. Since 2022, more than 67 million calls have been blocked, 74 SIM boxes and 89 thousand SIM cards have been identified.
A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between law enforcement agencies and telecom operators to combat fraud.
* A comprehensive plan to combat drug addiction and drug trafficking for 2026-2028 is being developed.
* Specialized units have been introduced
