1. General Provisions

1.1. The regional video contest titled "The Secret of Family Happiness" is held to promote family values and traditions and to strengthen the authority of the family institution.
1.2. The contest is conducted as part of the implementation of a public social order by the Department of Internal Policy of the East Kazakhstan Region.
1.3. The contest is open to families from the East Kazakhstan Region who have celebrated their Silver (25 years), Golden (50 years), or Diamond (60 years) wedding anniversaries, as well as labor dynasties.
1.4. The contest consists of two stages: a preliminary round and a final round.
1.5. The duration of the video must not exceed 1 (one) minute. Videos must be narrated in Kazakh or Russian.

2. Preliminary Round

2.1. Participants must submit:

a completed application form (see Appendix 1),

a copy of the marriage certificate,

a recommendation from the Public Council / Women’s Council / Council of Elders,

and the video clip,

between July 20 and August 22, 2025.

3. Final Round

3.1. The final round will take place from August 25 to August 27, 2025.
3.2. The Organizing Committee (hereinafter - the Committee) will select 3 winners. The winning videos will be published on social media.

4. Awards

4.1. The winners of the contest will receive prizes and diplomas.
4.2. All finalists will participate in the award ceremony.

5. Organizing Committee and Jury

5.1. The Organizing Committee is responsible for the planning and coordination of both contest stages.
5.2. A jury of five members will be formed to determine the results.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. Any disputes will be resolved by the Organizing Committee.
