The Telegram mobile app has introduced a new mechanism for submitting complaints about the quality of government services in real time. Submitting such a complaint or making suggestions for reducing bureaucracy and simplifying business processes is now possible through the "EgovKzBot2.0" bot platform.

The Civil Service Agency and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Aerospace Industry initiated and developed this convenient citizen feature.

The feature is easy to use, requires no special skills, and has a user-friendly interface. Now, if citizens encounter any issues with government services, simply enter the service provider's information into the "EgovKzBot2.0" Telegram bot and submit their comments, suggestions, or complaints. Complaints can include requests for excessive documents, unjustified refusals, or late service delivery, among other things.

All complaints and suggestions are reviewed, feedback is provided, and the issues are resolved by responsible officials as quickly as possible.
