♟Kazakh chess players received certificates for 4.8 million tenge from the Minister

Yerbol Myrzabosynov, Minister of Tourism and Sports, awarded the Kazakh chess team for its success at the Blitz World Cup in London. The KazChess team took silver and six individual medals, including two gold medals.
The grandmasters and the captain of the team received certificates of 4.8 million tenge, letters of appreciation and awards. The President of the federation Timur Turlov was awarded the "Kurmetti sport kyzmetkeri" badge.
In total, since the beginning of 2025, Kazakhstani chess players have won 81 medals, 34 of them gold.
