The National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to reveal bright talents among its ranks. One such talent is Private Alihan Medeuuly, a serviceman of military unit 6679 under the "Shyģys" Regional Command, who is already being compared to the legendary Kazakh broadcaster and People's Artist Anuarbek Baizhanbayev.

The eldest of four children, Alihan showed curiosity and a love for books and poetry from an early age. In 2020, he graduated from school and was accepted into the Karaganda Railway College, where he completed his studies with honors, receiving a red diploma in the specialty of assistant locomotive driver.

Drafted from Karaganda, he is now serving his mandatory military term in Pavlodar, performing guard duty in a unit tasked with protecting correctional facilities and escorting convicts and detainees.

In his daily service, Alihan demonstrates exemplary discipline, high responsibility, and a constant desire for self-improvement. His comrades and commanders note not only his qualities as a true soldier but also his deep creative potential. He possesses excellent diction, clear speech, and expressive delivery. His voice has often been heard at public and cultural events of the military unit.

For this reason, he is already being called the “new Baizhanbayev” — for his rare vocal quality, his captivating way with words, and his dedication to service.

It is worth noting that the National Guard is not only a school of courage and discipline, but also a place where talents are discovered and great dreams take shape. A vivid example is Private Batyrkhan Sagidolla of the capital’s brigade 5573, who has gained wide recognition beyond his unit thanks to his expressive voice and passion for broadcasting.
