In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption", "Standard Rules for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks", approved by Order No. 12 of the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption dated October 19, 2016 and with the schedule for conducting internal analysis of corruption risks of regional administrations and akimats of cities and districts of East Kazakhstan Region, "Public Procurement Department of the East Kazakhstan region" conducts an internal analysis of corruption risks.

The analysis work is carried out in the period from August 1 to September 2, 2025 by a working group in the following areas:

* identification of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts,

* identification of corruption risks in the organizational and managerial activities of the State Institution "Public Procurement Department of East Kazakhstan Region".
