The Department of Culture, Language Development, and Archives of the City of Shymkent informs the following:

In accordance with Order No. 251-NҚ of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2025, the algorithm for implementing the pilot project on the placement of the Unified State Order for Additional Education for Children (creative and sports orders, and orders for additional education) has been approved.

Pursuant to this order, Resolution No. 3448 of the Akim of Shymkent city dated June 19, 2025, has also been approved.

To ensure integration into the Unified State Order (USO), we inform you that registration of service providers and the children's contingent in the information system managed by the Shymkent City Department of Education must be completed by 18:00 on July 22, 2025.

We also inform you that, starting from July, payments for the financing of creative clubs will be processed through the new information system.

In this regard, the Shymkent City Department of Education has been designated as the operator responsible for the execution of the Unified State Order. To facilitate the implementation, the temporary procedure for the use of the E-ORDA and MINDAL application-based information systems, under the jurisdiction of the Shymkent Department of Education, has been approved by the department's internal order.
