Raid measures to combat illegal trade in tobacco products

During the raid measures carried out by the territorial divisions of the Department of State Revenue for the West Kazakhstan region on the territory of the Mirlan market and the Ayazhan trading house, facts of illegal sale of tobacco products without means of identification and accounting and control marks (UKM) were revealed.

As a result of the inspections, 8236 packs of excisable products were seized.

Administrative materials have been compiled on the revealed facts, which have been submitted to the court for appropriate procedural decisions.

 We remind you that the sale of tobacco products without UKM is a violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and entails liability provided for by the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
