Kazakhstan and Pakistan Develop Cooperation in IT Sector

Islamabad, July 22, 2025 – Online negotiations took place between associations and companies representing the IT industry of Kazakhstan and Pakistan.

From the Kazakh side, the meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry, the Qaztech Alliance of Technology Companies, the Astana Hub International Technopark, JSC «National Information Technologies», as well as the Blockchain & AI Technology Center.

Kazakhstani participants presented on key areas of their activities, implemented digital solutions, experience in developing e-government, and progress made in delivering public services in an online format.

In turn, the Pakistani side was represented by the leadership of the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA), which shared Pakistan’s experience in the IT industry, digitalization of public services within the country and abroad.

The parties expressed mutual interest in establishing partnerships, developing bilateral cooperation and exchanging experience in the field of information technology.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to strengthen regular dialog aimed at implementing joint projects in the IT industry.
