In order to eliminate corruption risks identified on June 9, 2025 during an internal analysis, on July 25 of this year, O.F. Bocharnikova, head of the office of the Akim of the Zhaksyn district, conducted explanatory work with employees of the state institution "Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Zhaksyn district" regarding compliance with the norms of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (APPC RC).

During the meeting, O.F. Bocharnikova stressed the importance of strict adherence to administrative procedures when considering and making decisions affecting the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities.

Special attention was paid to the requirements of Article 73 of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which regulates the procedure for conducting the hearing procedure.

The head of the department of documentation support and financial and economic activities of the office of the akim of the Zhaksyn district, Z.A. Shamatova, emphasized the prevention of distortion of information in the IP "e-Atinish".

Following the meeting, recommendations were made to strengthen control over compliance with the requirements of the CPC of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
