On March 19, 2026, a meeting of the district maslikhat's standing committee on social policy, public education, healthcare, culture, historical heritage protection, and youth affairs was held, chaired by A. U. Tishbayeva. The deputies considered the issue: "On the effectiveness of reforms in the technical and vocational education system. Training of qualified workers at the Kamshat Donenbayeva Vocational and Technical College in the Mendykara District."
The deputies, having heard and discussed the report of A. V. Kasharin, Deputy Director for Education and Training of the Kamshat Donenbayeva Vocational and Technical College of the Kostanay Region Akimat's Education Department, noted: "Training of qualified workers at the Kamshat Donenbayeva Vocational and Technical College in the Mendykara District represents the current stage of Kazakhstan's economic development, which requires a qualitative transformation of approaches to workforce training. Reforms in the technical and vocational education system are aimed at maximally aligning educational programs with labor market demands." For the Kamshat Donenbaeva Vocational and Technical College, this process became a catalyst for systemic changes aimed at increasing the competitiveness of graduates.
Deputies adopted a resolution on this issue.
