On July 29, 2025, an online meeting was held on the Zoom platform with the participation of heads of cultural departments of cities and districts of the Akmola region. The topic of the meeting was the preparation and holding of events dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the great Kazakh poet, thinker and educator Abai Kunanbayuly.

During the meeting, organizational issues related to the participation of the delegation of Akmola region in the republican events that will be held on August 9-10 in Semey, Abai region, were discussed. Specific instructions were given on the participation of the delegation of the Akmola region, the installation of a yurt, the preparation of participants in competitions and the departure procedure.

Special attention was paid to the large-scale cultural event cultural arbat "Abai Alemi", which will be held on August 10 in the city of Kokshetau. The concept of the cultural arbat was presented, which includes five interactive zones: literary, musical, theatrical, artistic and handicraft, as well as a festive concert with the participation of a combined choir, orchestra and dombrists.

Following the meeting, the responsible persons were given specific instructions to ensure a high level of training, technical support and information promotion of upcoming events.
