By Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2025, No. 321 (registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 26, 2025, No. 36329), amendments were made to the Rules for Carrying Out Public Procurement (approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 9, 2024, No. 687).

The main changes are amendments aimed at supporting Kazakhstani producers, namely:
* Increasing the delivery time from 15 to 60 calendar days;
* reducing the payment period for the supply of goods from 30 calendar days to 10 business days from the date of performance of the contractual obligations;
* increasing the amount of the advance payment from 30% to 50%.

The amendments came into force on July 12, 2025.
