The state service for issuing permits for the disposal of property and social benefits of wards is now available not only on the eGov portal.kz, but also in the eGov Mobile app.
The service is intended for legal representatives of adult citizens who have been declared legally incompetent or with limited legal capacity by a court. It is provided free of charge and allows you to issue a permit for the disposal of the ward's assets – from the withdrawal of pensions and benefits to the sale of property.
Due to integration with the information systems of government agencies, some of the data is downloaded automatically when filling out an application. This simplifies the application process and reduces the likelihood of errors.
To use the service, the user must:
log in to the eGov Mobile app and go to the "Services" section - "Benefits, allowances and Pensions";
choose the service "Permission to manage property, pensions and payments of citizens recognized by the court as legally incompetent or with limited legal capacity";
fill in the required fields in the application;
select one of the types of order, fill in the required fields and click "Next";
sign the application using one of the available signing methods.
Following the review of the application, an order or reasoned refusal in electronic form will be displayed in the "Service History" section of the applicant. The decision is provided within five business days.
The service is also available on the eGov portal.kz, and since its launch, it has been used more than 460 times.
The service was implemented with the cooperation of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
