Bratislava, July 29, 2025 – The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Slovakia, Zhanna Saginova, met with the Minister of Culture of the Slovak Republic, Martina Šimkovičová.

During the meeting, the sides discussed steps to activate relations between the two countries in the field of culture. The broad potential for further developing cooperation in the areas of arts, cinematography, and museum affairs was highlighted.

A separate topic of discussion was the possibility of holding Days of Kazakh and Slovak Cultures in both countries, which would help strengthen mutual understanding and reinforce the ties between the peoples of the two countries.

Minister M. Šimkovičová positively assessed the proposals from the Kazakh side and expressed hope for the continued expansion of cultural relations between Kazakhstan and Slovakia.
