On August 1, 2025, a joint meeting was held at the House of Trade Unions, which was attended by: Head of the Department Temirkhan Yerlan Temirhanuly, Aronova Irina Petrovna, Chairman of the TOP Trade Union Center of Kostanay region, Kairat Zhandildinovich Syundikov, Ethics Commissioner of the State Institution Akim's Office for Kostanay Region, Arman Valikhanov Akhmetkali– Director of the branch of the Republican Research Institute labor protection; representatives of industry and local trade unions. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss topical issues of compliance with labor legislation, strengthen cooperation between the inspectorate and trade unions, and develop mechanisms for the joint protection of workers' labor rights. At the end of the meeting, issues of occupational injury prevention, timely payment of wages, improving the quality of labor protection and the introduction of digital control tools were also discussed. The participants agreed to continue working together and strengthen cooperation in order to ensure decent and safe working conditions for each employee.
