“On behalf of all Kostanay residents, I sincerely congratulate our city team on their confident victory at the Regional Spartakiad! For the past thirteen years, our team has consistently retained the title of champion in the region’s main sporting competition,” the message reads.

This year, 118 athletes represented Kostanay, participating in all 21 sports included in the event’s program. As a result, the Kostanay team scored 352 points and once again claimed first place in the overall team standings.

The Akim expressed his gratitude to all athletes for their determination and strong will to win, and wished them continued success and new sporting achievements.
