From August 1 to 14, a preventive event called "Clean City" is being held in Shymkent as part of the "Clean Kazakhstan" republican environmental campaign. The main goal of the event is to maintain sanitary cleanliness in the city, ensure public order and peace, as well as increase the environmental and legal culture of residents.

The raids are being conducted jointly by the Shymkent City Police Department and the city administration. As a result, a number of citizens and owners of business facilities were brought to administrative responsibility for non-compliance with sanitary requirements. In addition, legal measures were taken against those who disturbed the peace in public places.

As part of the event, special attention is paid to the cleanliness of courtyards and streets, parks and squares, and public places.

The competent authorities urge city residents to dispose of household waste in designated places, maintain cleanliness and order, and respect the peace of others.
