Akim of Shymkent handed over keys to new residents as part of the modernization of the “Green Balka” district

In Shymkent, the phased implementation of the Concept for the Modernization of the Zelenaya Balka District continues. On the eve of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the city akim Gabit Syzdykbekov handed over the keys to new apartments to eight families who previously lived on Nurlybayev Street, 3.

The new housing corresponds in number of rooms to the previously occupied apartments, has a clean finish and is completely ready for occupancy. For new residents, this is a long-awaited step towards improving housing conditions and quality of life.

Congratulating the families on their new homes, the city mayor wished them well-being, warmth and comfort in their new homes. He emphasized that such projects are an important element of the sustainable development of Shymkent and improving the quality of the urban environment.

It is worth noting that the Concept of modernization of the "Green Balka" district covers not only the program of resettling citizens to new housing, but also provides for comprehensive improvement of the territory. The main goal is to form a modern, comfortable and safe environment for the life of citizens.

Since the start of the project, 66 families have already moved into new apartments. This confirms the effectiveness of the steps taken and the positive impact of the program on the lives of city residents.
