On August 6, 2025, the State Revenue Department of East Kazakhstan region, in collaboration with the East Kazakhstan regional branch of Halyk Bank held a seminar for taxpayers from Ust-Kamenogorsk and the Altay district (Altay town).

The event focused on clarifying the provisions of the new Tax Code, specifically on the topic: "Cameral control. Notifications of cameral control in 2025 and 2026." The presentation was delivered by Berkutova Gulzhanat Altaikanovna, Head of cameral monitoring office of the State Revenue Department of East Kazakhstan region.

Another topic addressed at the seminar was: "Advantages of using Halyk Bank POS-terminals for cashless payments among the population." The speaker was Pudina Inna Igorevna, Head of the acquiring development center of the East Kazakhstan regional branch of Halyk Bank.
