The module "Preliminary information" of IP "Keden" Dear participants of foreign economic activity! In order to increase the efficiency of customs administration, the phased implementation of the Keden information system continues. One of the key modules successfully functioning in the system is the module of preliminary information about goods intended for importation into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union by all modes of transport. The preliminary information is used by the customs authorities for expedited clearance and optimization of customs control. Early submission of data allows you to electronically record the arrival of goods and vehicles at the checkpoint and shorten the time required to complete all procedures. To work at IP Keden, a participant in foreign economic activity must: •Internet access; •IIN/BIN (if a foreign person must obtain a BIN and a Kazakhstani EDS in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan) •EDS (personal/employee of the legal entity); •Current version of NCALayer (installed and running). To register in the System, the user must navigate to the IP "Keden" URL in the browser - https://keden.kgd.gov .kz and click the "Register" button on the main page. In the registration window that opens, the user must fill in the required fields, give consent and sign. To complete registration, you must open the email you received to the email address you provided during registration. In the received email, click on the "Confirm email address" button.
