On August 6, 2025, a meeting of the permanent commission on social issues, family and demographic policy and interaction with public associations of Kostanay city Maslikhat was held under the chairmanship of Kostenyuk Nadezhda.

During the meeting, topical issues related to social support for the population, the implementation of demographic programs, as well as strengthening partnership with civil society institutions were discussed. The commission members discussed proposals to improve the quality of life in the city, focusing on supporting families with children, employment issues and the development of an inclusive environment.
